SANTO DOMINGO
Business conversations feel different in the Caribbean.
Santo Domingo gives the week a pace that conference hotels rarely do: colonial streets, a working waterfront, serious food, and a hospitality culture that treats guests like guests.
We are not asking anyone to pretend this is a retreat. We are asking them to notice that the conversations change when the setting does.
HOW THE WEEK MOVES
Four notes on the calendar.
ARRIVAL
Sunday, January 31 — Recommended Arrival Day
International guests should plan to land on Sunday. It is the cleanest way to be present for Monday evening without traveling on the day the gathering begins.
DAY 01
Monday, February 1 — Welcome Reception
The week starts in person. Names, context, and the first conversations — before the working day asks more of everyone.
DAY 02
Tuesday, February 2 — The Summit
One day of programming. Tracks, rooms, and a workshop designed to send people home with something they can use.
DAY 03
Wednesday, February 3 — The Beach · Optional
An optional close. The beach experience is not required to attend Experience Summit, and it is not a substitute for Tuesday.

The 2027 venue has not been confirmed. We will not publish a stand-in address, hotel name, or amenity list in the meantime.

Fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ). Recommended international arrival is Sunday, January 31.
Airport transfers, hotel inclusions, and on-the-ground logistics will be published with the venue and hotel. Flights are not included unless a personal invitation states otherwise.
