About Experience Summit
What is Experience Summit?
Experience Summit is a curated three-day gathering for leaders across CX, operations, fintech, healthcare, and AI. Experience Summit is the evolution of Horatio Client Summit.
When and where is it?
February 1–3, 2027, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Recommended international arrival is Sunday, January 31.
Who is it for?
People who own the outcome: CX and customer support leaders, operators, and teams working in fintech, healthcare, and applied AI.
Tickets & Registration
Is Experience Summit invite-only?
Horatio invites a core guest list. A limited number of public applicants are reviewed for remaining seats. Attendance is curated.
I was invited. Should I apply?
No. If you were invited, RSVP — your place has been set aside. Do not purchase a ticket.
Does applying guarantee admission?
No. An application is a request. We will follow up if a seat is offered.
How much are tickets?
2027 ticket pricing will be announced soon. We will not publish stand-in prices.
What’s included with a public ticket?
Hotel and public-ticket accommodation inclusions are coming soon. We will not list amenities we have not confirmed.
Can I just register?
No. Experience Summit does not use open registration. Apply to attend, or RSVP if you were invited.
Travel
Which airport should I fly into?
Santo Domingo (SDQ) is recommended.
When should international guests arrive?
Sunday, January 31.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included unless a personal invitation states otherwise.
Will there be airport transfers?
Transport details come with venue and hotel information. Those details are not confirmed yet.

Is the Wednesday beach experience required?
No. The Wednesday beach experience is optional.
What does the programming include?
Keynotes, panels, roundtables, and a hands-on Agent Design Canvas workshop, organized across Fintech, Healthcare, and CX / Operations / AI.
